Cleveland‑Cliffs Steel has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Shift Manager Maintenance in the Plant Services & Logistics department at the Cleveland, OH facility. The Senior Shift Manager Maintenance is a front‑line supervisory role responsible for leading day‑to‑day infrastructure and facility maintenance activities to ensure a safe, reliable, and continuously improving operation.


Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Lead and supervise hourly employees, HVAC technicians, Maintenance Technician Mechanical (MTMs), Maintenance Technician Electrical (MTEs), and contractors supporting plant HVAC, utilities, and facility maintenance activities
+ Direct maintenance, inspection, and repair of HVAC systems including industrial heating, ventilation, air handling units, exhaust systems, ductwork, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and associated controls
