A Specialist Civil Engineering Contractor operating on Heavy Civils & Major Tunnelling projects across the UK is looking to hire an experienced Senior SHE Manager to lead safety excellence across major civil and infrastructure projects in the UK. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility environment and is happy with UK travel.

As Senior SHE Manager, you will oversee SHE performance across all the group’s projects and depots, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and client requirements. You will develop and deliver audit programmes, lead investigations, manage SHE Advisors, and act as a trusted advisor to the SHE Director and operational leadership. This role requires a high level of visibility across sites and therefore involves regular nationwide travel and prolonged periods away from home.
