Job Description
The is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) systems across elevated metro construction works, ensuring zero harm, statutory compliance, and alignment with client and organizational SHE standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Safety Management
Develop, implement, and enforce Project SHE Plan in line with Metro Rail Safety Rules, ISO 45001, and company SHE policies.
Ensure safe execution of high-risk activities such as:
Work at height (pier, pier cap, U-girder erection)
Launching girder operations
Heavy lifting using cranes and gantries
Traffic management on live roads
Electrical & OHE-related works
Conduct and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.
