Responsibilities:

• Provides tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, as needed;
• Performs operational administrative tasks, as needed;
• Configures and develops on the VAs instance of ServiceNow including routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer;
• Participates in Continual Service Improvement activities, as required by customer demands;
• Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases;
• Collaborates with other teammates in support of platform consistency and upgradability;
• Plans and manages meetings to solicit feedback from stakeholders, as needed;
• Participates in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value;
