Senior ServiceNow Developer

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **ServiceNow Developer** in **Doral, FL** .

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules based on mission requirements
+ Designing workflows, scripts, and user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform
+ Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and data sources. Supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
+ Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions
+ Maintaining platform stability, security, and data integrity. Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to the ServiceNow platform
+ Creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
+ Ensuring compliance with U.S. Southern Command IT policies and processes
