Job Description

Responsibilities
Be a key member of the semiconductor metrology lab, supporting R&D and production manufacturing.
Develop, qualify, and maintain measurement recipes for inline and offline metrology tools (., thickness, roughness, composition, stress, defect quantification, .
Support metrology process control for materials moving through the production line, ensuring measurement accuracy, repeatability, and throughput.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, process excursions, and root causes; communicate findings clearly to process engineering and operations teams.
Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to metrology capabilities, tool utilization, cycle time, and measurement uncertainty.
