Job Description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior SDET Automation Engineer (Java, Playwright, Selenium, TypeScript) for their Mclean, VA location. Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Java, and TypeScript
+ Execute end-to-end (E2E), functional, and integration testing across frontend and backend systems
+ Develop and run automated test scripts for UI and API validation
+ Integrate automation suites within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven)
+ Perform backend and database validation using SQL (DB2, PostgreSQL)
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure quality across all delivery stages
+ Validate that software meets acceptance criteria and business requirements
