Senior SCM Executive - Customs Specification

Process Purchase order accuracy and follow up in a timely manner Prepare, review, and handle import/export documents (import license, Contract, Invoice, Packing List, C/O, B/L, Certificate of Conformity) Coordinate with logistics/forwarder partners for customs clearance procedures. Monitor shipment schedules and track container status from order placement to delivery at main and sub-warehouses. Support internal stock transfers as required. Identify, handle and resolve issues related to transportation and customs clearance. Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Delivery teams to ensure smooth supply flow and delivery planning. Prepare CO/CQ when having request from customer. Monitor and support control of logistics costs (freight, duties, clearance fees). Support demand forecast and prepare periodic logistics/reporting data.
