Senior Scientist — Liposomal Formulation & Process Development

Flychem is building a world-class liposomal delivery platform — and we‘re looking for the scientist to lead it. You‘ll own it end to end: design the formulations, master the process, hit world-class specs, and scale from bench to production.

What you‘ll do

• Lead formulation development of liposomal and encapsulated actives
• Master the process: microfluidic forming, high-pressure homogenisation, TFF
• Own the specs — particle size, PDI, zeta, encapsulation efficiency, stability
• Scale bench → pilot → production, and lead tech-transfer

What you bring

• PhD / M.Pharm / M.Tech (Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related)
• Minimum 5 years‘ hands-on experience in liposomes / lipid nanoparticles / nanoencapsulation
• Command of homogenisation, microfluidics, extrusion, TFF and characterisation (DLS, zeta, HPLC)
• A builder who can lead, mentor and ship
