The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and have five years of relevant experience in water, wastewater, or utilities. A strong proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential, along with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks across various projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. PMI Certification is a plus.
