About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Planner to lead our Customer Services team in delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused service. You will play a key role in driving productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support a dynamic team to manage resource diaries for optimal productivity.
• Handle complaints, identify trends, and drive service improvements.
• Produce performance reports and KPIs to enhance delivery.
• Collaborate with site teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Champion health & safety standards and company policies.
• Attend client meetings and manage staff performance and appraisals.
