Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.
Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions.
Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally.
Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
