Senior SAP CIS Billing Lead is responsible for the end-to-end design leadership, configuration governance, and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing within a large-scale Utilities Customer Information System (CIS) transformation program

Role Overview

The SAP CIS Billing Lead is responsible for the end-to-end design leadership, configuration governance, and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing within a large-scale Utilities Customer Information System (CIS) transformation program. Operating within a System Integrator–led delivery model, this role owns solution integrity across billing schemas, rate design, billing execution, and invoicing, ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable billing outcomes through go-live and stabilization.

The Billing Lead works closely with Device Management, AMI/MDM, FI-CA, and Customer Operations teams to ensure seamless meter-to-cash execution and high-quality customer billing experiences.
