Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who brings strong hands-on development expertise along with a solution architect mindset to design, build, and scale enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role will focus primarily on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, supporting customer service, digital engagement, and contact center capabilities including Voice and CTI integrations. The ideal candidate can operate independently, communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and translate complex requirements into secure, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
