Senior Sales Representative, Joint Replacement

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will drive growth of Stryker’s Joint Replacement / Arthroplasty portfolio across Johannesburg. You will act as a trusted advisor to orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders, combining strong clinical knowledge with advanced consultative sales skills. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will own territory strategy, execution, and results, while representing Stryker with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

+ Develop and execute a robust territory business plan for Johannesburg, including SWOT analysis, SMART objectives, and contingency planning
