Senior Sales or Sales Manager

Job Description :

• Working proactively within allocated business area exceed sales budget
• Establishing sufficient market knowledge, develop new customers and ensure customer AB retention/ development .
• Assisting in developing and maintaining favorable relationship with allocated principals.
• To take direct and proactive involvement in driving new business development
• To assist in monitoring and improving working capital management thru direct / personally involvement.
• Ensure sales & product development as per established sales strategy and revenue target
• Support the BUD to implement BU’s sales strategies

• Having background in biochemistry/ biology/ biotechnology
• Having sales skill and experience
• Having 3-5 years sales experiences in biotech/ biology equipments
• Understanding the market
• Able to manage salespeople
