Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid position based at our headquarters in Ponte Vedra, FL. This position requires 2–3 days per week in the office, with the remaining time worked remotely depending on business needs and team schedules.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to our field sales team and commercial leadership. This role involves leading critical functions such as sales analytics, forecasting, territory planning, compensation modeling, sales incentive program design and support, and quota management.

The Senior Analyst will be a key player in translating data into actionable insights, creating impactful dashboards, reports, and KPIs, and ensuring data integrity across tools and processes.
