Senior Sales Manager - Industrial Cement & Heavy Industry

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage direct sales to cement plants and related heavy industries. Maintain and expand relationships with existing cement plant accounts; leverage established industry networks. Identify and secure new plant opportunities and projects. Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and tender submissions. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor receivables and support timely cash collection in line with company policies. Represent the company at customer meetings, plant visits, and industry events.
