How you will make an impact
As the new Senior Sales Manager you will, together with your team, play a key role in enabling our continued development and growth of our Functional Nutrition business within Europe & Middle East and Africa. Pushing the right initiatives, securing a strong link and relationship with our regional colleagues and customers is key to become successful.
Your people management responsibilities will be to;
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Account managers as well as a sales supporter located in Denmark and working closely with our regions

Set clear targets and KPIs for the team and drive performance

Ensure priority and direction for the account mangers as well as sales supporter
