- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve both team and individual sales targets.

- Set sales direction across different market segments and monitor team KPIs.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance presentations for management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client visits.
