Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily store operations.
Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships
Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs
Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management
Provides guidance and training to junior sales associates or newcomers.
Assists in identifying and handling client enquiries, concerns, and complaints. Takes charge of selected VIP clients.
Keeps records and reports on sales activities
Other duties as assigned
