• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants & Investment Advisors, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve team and company targets.
• Oversee client engagement, deliver compelling property presentations, and ensure high deal closure rates.
• Monitor daily team KPIs (calls, meetings, deals), providing support and motivation.
• Drive lead generation, conversion, and timely deal closures.
• Coach and upskill team members in sales techniques and client handling.
