Senior Risk Business Partner

Working within our highly experienced First Line Risk Team and reporting to our Risk Lead, you will be a true trusted business partner working across an 'Operations' portfolio and supporting business change activities alike as we implement a business wide Tech transformation. As part of the 1st Line Risk Team you will support both regulated and non‑regulated mortgage business activities providing appropriate training, support, assistance and advice in order to empower effective risk management. You will offer oversight to your business areas in order to determine the level of risk management maturity and if applicable, to identify more targeted areas of further support required such as operational, conduct and compliance risk types.
