About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior RF Optimization Engineer to join our LATAM team, based out of Sao Paulo, Campinas, or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil or Bogotá, Colombia. This role will lead RF planning, optimization, troubleshooting, and network performance improvement across GSM, LTE, and 5 G environments while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver strong technical outcomes across complex deployment programs.
What You Will Do Lead RF planning, optimization, and performance improvement across GSM, LTE, and 5 G networks in LATAM. Own analysis and improvement of network KPIs including accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and capacity utilization. Support RAN modernization, swap, and transformation projects across planning, integration, optimization, and acceptance phases.
