About the role: We are seeking a Senior RevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem and GTM technology stack. This is not a standard administrative role, but rather a hybrid role that combines strategic architecture and technical execution. You will design, implement, and manage integrations, workflows, and marketing operations with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities: You will act as the primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, and Sales Hub.
You will design the GTM technology stack, attribution models, and translate business objectives into technical plans.
You will develop, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, integrations, and automation.
You will be responsible for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
