Senior Resource Geology Supervisor

Enhance mineral resource management as a Senior Resource Geology Supervisor at the Upper Beaver Project. Lead the development of geological models and data systems in a strategic role.
This position involves reporting to the Geology General Supervisor and requires building geological processes and tools from the ground up. You will have a hands-on approach, overseeing 3D modeling, QA/QC, and geometallurgy to ensure the accuracy and reliability of mineral resource estimates. Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams is vital to integrate geological models into mine design and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mineral resource estimation and model validation efforts
• Perform 3D modeling and geostatistical analyses as required
• Establish and administer the geological database and governance
• Prepare impactful reports for internal and external audiences
