Role Overview

The Resource Engagement Manager will collaborate with sales and presales to engage directly with customers to identify consulting and staff augmentation opportunities to support their resourcing needs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new opportunities and present consulting and staff augmentation program across North America.
• Work with sales and presales to identify and validate potential agility-based engagements.
• Locate, validate, and present qualified consultants.
• Establish and maintain effective customer and consultant relationships.
• Manage customer and consultant escalations and establish achievable outcomes.
• Follow existing processes and recommend improvements focused on efficiency, revenue growth, and profit optimization.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead delivery by working directly with the customer to ensure successful engagement and CSAT.
