This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, performing basic troubleshooting using established documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure timely issue resolution.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Fluent in both spoken and written **French** , with the ability to understand and communicate effectively in the **Quebec** dialect.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Previous customer service, help desk, service desk, or contact center experience.
