Job Description

The role:
Supporting Fee Earners with the progression of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion

Preparing contracts, legal documentation, correspondence and financial statements

Managing client enquiries and providing regular updates throughout transactions

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties

Independently managing complex sale matters and assisting with straightforward purchase files

Preparing SDLT returns, mortgage reports and completion documentation

Conducting exchanges, completions and post-completion work

Reviewing title documentation, search results and lender requirements

Completing compliance checks and supporting source of funds reviews

Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with Conveyancing Quality Standards (CQS)
