Senior Resident Project RepresentativePosition Overview
KEITH is hiring a Senior Resident Project Representative to act as the owner’s on-site representative for a $300M airport project at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). The RPR will be responsible for monitoring contractor performance, ensuring quality compliance, and representing the interests of the client throughout construction.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the day-to-day liaison between the construction team, design professionals, and the owner.
+ Observe all phases of construction including site preparation, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishes.
+ Ensure contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and regulatory standards.
+ Track progress against schedule and report deviations, risks, or issues.
+ Maintain accurate records including daily logs, photographs, and as-built documentation.
