Senior Resident Engineer Hydro Project

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Chief Resident Engineer to manage on-site activities for a hydroelectric modernization project in Alma. Ensure efficient engineering support and leadership.
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring effective daily operations and technical coordination on-site. Your leadership will be key in acting as the main liaison with the design team and resolving any technical issues. You will contribute to achieving the project's quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee resident engineering team
• Ensure technical mentoring and coaching
• Coordinate daily engineering activities on-site

Requirements:
