Senior Research Engineer, Lab Operations

• Responsible for operations, maintenance, engineering aspects of Instrumentation & Control (ELV) systems and insfrastructure.
• Manage daily operations to ensure systems are operating in optimal conditions.
• Respond to and perform troubleshooting for all system failures or deficiencies.
• Respond to issues, complaints and queries in a timely fashion, keeping relevant stakeholders abreast.
• Plan and manage maintenance activities in accordance to OEM or regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendors/contractors on outsourced services to meet the fulfillment of contract terms and agreement.
• Involvement in facilities related projects such as facilities upgrading, improvement projects and tool hook‑up. Close liaison with consultants, authorities, contractors, stakeholders and etc to ensure seamless and timely completion of projects.
