Responsibilities

1. Major responsibility:

・Planning and execution of research on DB (Digital Business) / DX (Digital Transformation) and IT services market and writing of research reports.

・The research covers the overall Japanese digital business and enabling services market, including digital business consulting/integration, agile app development/DevOps services, analytics/AI services, and customer experience (CX) services. 

・The research will include market forecasts, vendor share analysis, and user company demand surveys, as well as interviews with IT suppliers and user companies, quantitative research such as web surveys, and research of secondary data.
