Senior Reliability Engineer

Provides site‑wide strategic reliability leadership, responsible for the Reliability/Availability Strategy and its governance. Acts as a trusted advisor to the Asset Leadership Team (ALT) and leads reliability governance. Reports to the Business Improvement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, steward, and govern reliability and availability strategies for Scotford, using benchmarking and performance insights to set standards, define roadmaps, and lead governance reviews.
• Define decision criteria and support to prioritise reliability/availability investments, present recommendations and risk/value trade‑offs to the ALT, and track delivery.
• Accountable for the site reliability improvement portfolio, ensuring scope, resourcing, and execution against targets.
