Senior Reliability Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to own reliability across the full product lifecycle — from new product development through sustaining engineering — for point-of-care IVD medical devices.

What You’ll Do

Drive Design for Reliability (DFR) and Design for Testability (DFT) across new product launches and sustaining activities

Develop reliability requirements, test plans, and lead DFMEAs in collaboration with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams

Design and build custom test fixtures and methods to evaluate device performance and durability

Execute environmental, lifecycle, and accelerated aging testing in compliance with regulatory standards

Investigate field failures, perform root cause analysis, and document findings in FRACAS

Serve as the reliability SME in cross-functional project teams
