Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, with a focus on interns, fresh graduates, and junior roles
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Design and manage campus recruitment programs, including university partnerships, career fairs, and virtual events
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc...
