Senior Recruiter (R&D and non-R&D)

A hybrid type of work, 2 days at the office: NV Tower, 59 G.M.Dimitrov Blvd, Sofia, Bulgaria

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and stakeholders
• Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and retain key employees
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical (Software Engineers — C#, Python, Rust, ML, QA — as well as Product Managers, Product Designers, Global Services, etc.) and non‑technical positions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Admin, etc.)
• Collect, analyze, and improve recruiting metrics and statistics
• Monitor the recruiting budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Negotiate and prepare job offers for final candidates
• Act as an employer brand ambassador by promoting a positive candidate experience
