Aldridge is seeking an experienced, energetic, and self-starting Senior Recruiter to identify and secure top-tier talent, ensuring an optimal fit for both the candidate and our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, with specific expertise in the Transportation, Mission Critical, and Power sectors.

What you’ll do:
+ Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, sourcing and hiring best-in-class talent.
+ Acts as a talent advisor during all stages of the recruiting process, working with hiring managers as a partner to develop strategies and maximize tools with a consultative approach.
+ Takes full ownership of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and expertly navigates hiring bottlenecks.
+ Ensures a frictionless, white-glove candidate experience through clear communication, expectation setting, and transparent feedback with candidates...
