Role Summary:
The Recruiter - Sales & Technical Hiring is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on Sales positions and technical roles. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to assess both commercial and technical talent effectively. The ideal candidate is target-driven, organized, and capable of building strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for primarily Sales roles (e.g., Business Development Executives, Account Executives, SDRs, Territory Managers, Sales Managers).
Support hiring for technical roles, including NOC (Network Operations Center) and SOC (Security Operations Center) positions, preferably.
