Senior Recruiter

Huawei Pakistan is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their growing team in Islamabad and lead technology hiring across our product lines. If you come from an agency or headhunting background with a proven track record of placing executive-level talent in the ICT or telecom space, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive technology roles aligned with Huawei's product lines — including Wireless (5G/RAN), Optical Networks, Data Communication, Cloud, Enterprise IT, Digital Power, and ICT Infrastructure
• Headhunt and engage passive senior-level candidates through targeted outreach, market mapping, and networking
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Huawei's core technology domains
