Senior Recruiter & HR Generalist

Pet Food Express is looking for a Sr Recruiter & HR Generalist (Internally titled Sr Recruiter & HR Projects Lead) strong full-cycle recruiter with a passion for improving systems, streamlining workflows, and bringing big ideas to life. Reporting to the HR Manager, Employee Experience, you’ll own store talent acquisition and support various HR functions as needed including employee relations and onboarding. You'll also lean heavily into project management and collaborate with a small but mighty HR team to plan and execute key initiatives from start to finish that elevate the HR department and employee experience.
