Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Blauvelt, New York
Type: Direct Hire with Benefits
Compensation: $50-60K, plus commission potential
Work Model: Onsite 5 days per week (8am to 5pm)

+ Source and recruit production and manufacturing candidates

+ Evaluate and assess potential candidates

+ Interview prospective candidates

+ Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent

+ Ensure all employees have met compliance requirements

+ Build employee/manager relationships

+ Generate leads and market intelligence

+ Coordinate, document, and track new employees

+ Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues

+ Conduct new hire orientation and employee onboarding

+ Provide timecard support
