We are looking for a talented SENIOR RECRUITER to join our team specializing in HUMAN RESOURCES for our CORPORATE BUSINESS SEGMENT in ACCRA, GHANA.
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways :

Identify and apply appropriate candidate sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, attract and engage a diverse pool of talent in the external market.

Work together with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgement, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, with those of the organization.

Making use of Taleo, our candidate tracking system

Be an influencer with senior leaders in the organization and be comfortable operating at that level.

Be an advocate for candidates and show candidate care at all times by adhering to all established SLA’s

Have all round recruitment experience at all levels in the organization
