Senior Real Estate Development Manager

• Development of real estate projects. This includes the preparation of technical & economic feasibility studies (greenfield/brownfield), leading land purchases or lease negotiations, the development and definition of a project scope, as well as the preparation of board submissions in cooperation with internal and external project partners.
• Independent leadership of national & international construction projects across all project phases, using appropriate project management methods acting as the responsible project manager and owner's representative.
• Control, continuously optimize and ensure project objectives (budget, timelines, qualities) while ensuring the implementation of user requirements.
