Major tasks and responsibilities of position (max. 8 key topics):

1. Responsible for new product development projects, which include lab hand casting, up-scaling in production, product characterization, specification drafting and customer feedback tracking.

2. Support the transfer of new processes from lab/pilot plant to production plants and support implementation (hand over to production staff), including the product specification to QC team.

3. Take responsibility for formulation technology-related to product decisions, and provide technical advice for Sales/BD technical team with APAC level.

4. Capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively with more than one lab research...
