Amazon Global Selling is looking for a Region Development Manager to join its China team based in Chengdu. This role sits at the intersection of business development, seller consulting, and regional ecosystem building across Chengdu's diverse industrial clusters.

You will identify and engage potential sellers — from traditional manufacturers exploring cross-border e-commerce for the first time, to established DTC brands on platforms ready to expand onto Amazon. Your job is not just to recruit them, but to deeply understand their business context, craft compelling narratives for why Amazon is the right next step, and develop repeatable methodologies for engaging different seller archetypes.
