Working Hours: 08:00 PM – 06:00 AM
Age Requirement: 18 – 37 years
Responsibilities:
Monitor live Quran teaching sessions to assess teaching standards, ensuring lessons meet Academy's quality benchmarks.
Evaluate teacher performance based on lesson delivery, teaching methods, punctuality, and engagement with students.
Provide regular, constructive feedback to instructors, focusing on areas for improvement and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, feedback, and improvement plans for instructors.
Address student feedback and concerns, ensuring quick resolution and reporting recurring issues to management.
Work with the management team to update quality standards and training materials as needed.
Conduct regular performance reviews for instructors, including follow-up on any identified areas of improvement.
