I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects across the public and private sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor to take a leading commercial role across a portfolio of projects throughout Hertfordshire.
With multiple live schemes already on site, including several £30m+ Department for Education projects, this is an opportunity to join a business that has long-term frameworks, repeat clients, and a substantial forward order book.
