Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to the recent award of a 5 year Thames Water Framework, our client, a major Infrastructure Contractor in the UK are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support up and coming works which include Pumping Stations, Mains Replacements and Reinstatement works all using NEC Form of Contract.

Daily duties will include procurement of Sub Contractors and overseeing their accounts, Issueing payments, CVRs and attending regular Commercial meetings with Senior Management and Stakeholder representatives.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have Water and Civil Engineering experience gained within the Main Contracting environment.

In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start and long term contract which is Outside IR.
