Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location – Selby, North Yorkshire 
What you will be doing:
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to act as the commercial lead on our £m Selby Station Gateway and public realm upgrade project in North Yorkshire. 
You will take ownership of all commercial and contractual processes, leading, developing and constructively challenging the project team to ensure opportunities and risks are effectively managed. 
This role will be key in ensuring the project is delivered within budget, to the highest quality standards, and exceeds customer expectations, with regular reporting to the Commercial Manager and Directors.
Promote and maintain a safe, compliant working environment for all staff and supply chain partners
Lead, develop and support the commercial team to deliver strong performance and best practice
